Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scott Barrera (ranked 3365 p4p, 320 weight class) and Cucu Maco (ranked 3262 p4p, 311 weight class). Maco has chosen Waka Waka - Shakira as his entrance music. Scott Barrera has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Barrera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cucu Maco!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maco connects with a body shot that sends Barrera's belly button to the back.
Barrera looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Maco misses with a body shot.
A counter left hand to the body from Barrera misses its target.
Barrera uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Maco.
It looked like Barrera was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Maco.
Maco will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Maco throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Jab by Maco.
Maco has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Barrera slips under a jab from Maco.
Maco throws a right hand that misses
and Barrera counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Maco connects with a nice looking jab.
Barrera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maco.
Barrera loads up on a big right hand but Maco slips the punch.
Maco misses with a series of wild punches.
Barrera blocks a jab.
Maco swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As Maco looks to move away, Barrera throws a big counter combo but Maco just gets out of the way.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Barrera bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Maco's head.

It looks like Cucu Maco has been cut.

and Barrera counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Barrera is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Barrera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Maco.
Barrera swings for the body but Maco moves out of range.
Maco walks into a stiff left hand from Barrera.
Maco misses with a lunging right hand
letting Barrera counter with a right hand.
No joy there for Maco, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Barrera drops Maco with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Maco looks back up at him and smiles so Barrera waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Maco is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Maco throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Barrera counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Maco out cold! What a finish! Barrera is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
