PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kirby Stout (ranked 24499 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bolo Yueng (ranked 4468 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bolo Yueng was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yueng misses with a combination
and Stout counters with a nice body shot.

Yueng shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Stout manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stout has momentary wrist control but Yueng slips an elbow through the middle.
Yueng is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Yueng 's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Yueng is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stout is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stout has escaped and now he's on top!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's time! Stout's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Yueng is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Stout knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
