Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Cook (ranked 1160 p4p, 138 weight class) and Caius Cosades (ranked 730 p4p, 79 weight class). Cosades has chosen Morrowind as his entrance music. Josh Cook looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosades takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Cook just misses with a punch to the body.
Cosades drops his hands momentarily and Cook takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Cosades swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cosades swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Cosades throws a nice outside leg kick.
Cosades misses with a low kick.
Cook fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cosades manages to avoid it.
Cosades tries a low kick but Cook avoids it.

Cosades feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cooks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Josh Cook is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Cook looks to land a left hand but Cosades moved out of range nicely.
Cosades uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cook.
Cosades bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

and Cosades decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Cook's guard.
Cook is trying to keep Cosades in close.

Cosades lands a couple of elbows.
Cosades stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cook swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cosades scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Cosades with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Cosades working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Cook's head.

Cook is trying to hold Cosades in close to prevent damage but Cosades has managed to pass into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cosades is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cosades connects with a nice short shot to Cook's temple.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Cosades lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Cook moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Cook scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cosades doesn't seem bothered though.

Cosades lands a big head kick that sends Cook tumbling to the mat! Cosades takes a step backwards and waves Cook back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Cook is rocked!
Cosades drops Cook with a big left hand! Cook is injured, injured bad! Cosades jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
