The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cobra throws a hook but Biggums blocks it.
Cobra works the jab nicely.
Biggums misses with a two punch combination.

Cobra throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Biggums was covering up waiting for the punch and Cobra finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Biggums has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Cobra off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Biggums has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Biggums gets caught napping as Cobra dives in and scores a takedown. Biggums manages to retain guard.

Cobra has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cobra stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Biggums swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Cobra is pushing down on Biggums's leg trying to pass to half guard. Biggums is fighting to maintain full guard but Cobra has managed to sneak the leg through.

Cobra is looking to take a break and control but Biggums is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
