The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Murray has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Wallace is landing a low percentage of strikes.
A looping hook to the body misses from Murray. Wallace does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wallace throws a hook but Murray blocks it.
Wallace tries a head kick but it misses.
Wallace looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Murray throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Wallace on the side of the head.

Wallace ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Wallace is trying to break free.
Murray digs a right hand underneath Wallace's ribcage. Wallace let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Murray lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Wallace backwards.

Murray pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Murray loads up on a big right hand but Wallace slips the punch.

Wallace was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Murray looks to land a right hand but Wallace moved out of range.
Wallace takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Murray fails to land with a series of punches.
Wallace feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Murray ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wallace moves away.

Murray gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wallace looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Murray gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Bracko Wallace has been cut.
Wallace tries to break the clinch but Murray is controlling the position.

Murray breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Alex Murray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Murray looks to throw the jab but Wallace is out of range.

Murray fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wallace manages to avoid it.
