Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Carminatti misses.
Carminatti misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Larsen counters with a head kick. That will keep Carminatti thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Carminatti feints and as Larsen raises his hands in defense, Carminatti changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carminatti pushes down on Larsen's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Carminatti is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Larsen is just riding it out for now. Carminatti eventually gives up the hold.
Carminatti lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Carminatti takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Larsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Carminatti tries to stand and escape but Larsen is controlling the position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Larsen has hold of Carminatti's hands but Carminatti slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
