Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Daniel (ranked 24872 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Einstein (ranked 24889 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Theodore Daniel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Albert Einstein!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniel on the wrong end of a nice jab.
A thudding body kick lands there by Einstein!

and Daniel decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Einstein's guard.

Einstein wriggles free and stands up.
We've been informed that Einstein has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

so Daniel counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Einstein is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Einstein is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Daniel asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Einstein is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Daniel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Einstein on the ground.
Einstein tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Einstein somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet!
Einstein throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
It looked like Daniel wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Einstein cracks Daniel with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Daniel has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Einstein.

and Daniel counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Einstein!

Albert Einstein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Einstein, right into the meat.

A looping hook to the body misses from Einstein. Daniel does a little dance to reset his feet.
As Einstein looks to move away, Daniel throws a big counter combo but Einstein just gets out of the way.
Daniel could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Einstein wants to stand up but Daniel is controlling him.
Daniel has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Einstein. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

Daniel bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Daniel takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Daniel has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Einstein clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

A quick step to the side and Daniel tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Daniel takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Einstein enables Daniel to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Einstein manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Albert Einstein comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Einstein winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
