Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Greg Bundy (ranked 1960 p4p, 248 weight class) and Bornas Lopette (ranked 2328 p4p, 291 weight class). Lopette comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Root Of All Evil kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Lopette, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bundy throws a hook but Lopette avoids it easily.
Lopette fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bundy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bundy misses with a straight left.
Lopette lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Bundy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lopette on the side of the head.
Bundy misses with a jab, cross combination.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bundy lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lopette has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lopette and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
