The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGuire closes the distance and pushes Eighteen back into the cage.
McGuire is working Eighteen over against the cage.
McGuire lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Eighteen or not.
McGuire lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
McGuire lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Eighteen tries to land a knee to the head but McGuire blocks with his arms.
McGuire scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Nice body punch from McGuire - that landed with a thud.
Eighteen pushes off an throws an elbow but McGuire leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
McGuire pushes Eighteen back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Eighteen throws an elbow that misses.
A head punch on the inside from Eighteen fails to land.
McGuire lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Eighteen.

McGuire manages to break the clinch.
McGuire lands a nice shot to the body.
Eighteen looks winded!
McGuire lands with a shot to the body.
Eighteen looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

McGuire wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

McGuire lands a left and a right that send Eighteen crashing to the mat, dazed. McGuire thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Eighteen is rocked!
McGuire throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Eighteen steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from McGuire.
Eighteen is still on wobbly legs! Can McGuire finish him?

McGuire cracks Eighteen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. McGuire has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Eighteen to stand back up!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McGuire circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Eighteen tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! McGuire wins by KO!
