The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Farley misses with a hook to the body
and Thompson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Farley looks to score with a jab to the body but Thompson is just out of range.
Farley doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Farley throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Farley looks to land a combination but Thompson avoids it well.
Nice defenses there by Thompson.
Farley shoots in but no luck this time.
Thompson lands a jab-cross combination.

It looks like Rex Farley has been cut.
Farley gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Thompson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Thompson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thompson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Farley is rocked!

Thompson circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Farley to the canvas! Farley doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Thompson keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
