Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Maynard did well to prevent Graham getting side control.

Maynard is not content to let Graham control the position.
Maynard moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Maynard isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Graham stacks Maynard on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Graham!
Maynard is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Graham off and has taken his back!

Graham manages to reverse the position and now he's in Maynard's guard. Nice work there by Graham.
Maynard will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Graham wants to get up but he can't break Maynard's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Graham drops back looking for a leg! Maynard is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Maynard manages to kick Graham off! Graham jumps back into Maynard's guard.
Graham is looking to stand up but Maynard won't let him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Maynard looking for a guillotine here but Graham defends easily.
Maynard throws his legs up looking for a submission but Graham uses it to pass to side control.
Maynard is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Graham has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Maynard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Graham goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Maynard rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Graham's guard! Nice work there by Maynard!
Graham bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Maynard's guard.
