Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Armand Gibbs (ranked 4683 p4p, 0 weight class) and Asiong Dalisay (ranked 4571 p4p, 442 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dalisay swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Gibbs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Asiong Dalisay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dalisay pivots, looking for a leg kick but Gibbs is out of range and Dalisay settles back down.
Gibbs went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Gibbs feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dalisay looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gibbs is fending him off so far but Dalisay persists. Nope, Gibbs circles away and we're back to standing.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Armand Gibbs.
