The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jiminez pushes Bridges up against the cage in a clinch.
Bridges has Jiminez pressed against the cage.
Bridges goes for a takedown attempt but Jiminez pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bridges avoids a punch combination nicely.
Frankie Jiminez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jiminez leaves Bridges with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bridges tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Bridges is backing up but Jiminez catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Bridges covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Jiminez Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frankie Jiminez!
