The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
WoW takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

WoW clinches up against the cage.
WoW misses with a shot to the kidneys.
WoW tries a body shot but Bush blocks it.
Bush swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Bush has hold of one of WoW's legs. WoW is fighting the takedown attempt but Bush gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

WoW is pulling down on Bush's head. It's preventing any offense from Bush, at least for the moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
WoW striking off his back but it's not causing Bush any problems.

Bush gets to his feet. WoW looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

WoW closes the distance and clinches.
WoW tries a body shot but Bush blocks it.
WoW misses with a shot to the kidneys.

WoW doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
WoW wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bush misses with a punch to the body.
WoW lands with a left to the head.
Bush misses with a hook to the ribs.

WoW manages to pull guard.

WoW wants to stand up but Bush is controlling him.
Bush trying to control the position from guard on top but WoW is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
WoW is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Bush is controlling him.

WoW is working an open guard so Bush takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

WoW closes the distance and pushes Bush back into the cage.

A close round but WoW WoW will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

WoW WoW showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

WoW wants the takedown. Bush is fighting it off but WoW persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Bush's guard against the cage.
Bush pulls WoW in close to prevent any damage.

WoW decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bush, up you get!
George Bush has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
WoW WoW is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

WoW takes the fight into the clinch.
