Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, She Mine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tom Sue!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.

Sue darts in and clinches Mine up against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Sue.
Sue lands a body punch in the clinch.
Sue misses with a hook to the ribs.
Sue taking a breather.
Mine works on Sue's body with a couple of short punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sue misses with a hook to the ribs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mine misses with a punch to the body.
Mine avoiding damage.
Mine blocks a body shot from Sue.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Mine obliges.
Sue doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sue misses with a body punch.
Sue taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Sue misses with a hook to the ribs.
Mine tries to throw a body punch but Sue avoids it by throwing Mine back against the cage.

Sue jumps guard but Mine turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

A right handed body shot lands from Sue.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mine takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Sue struggles to land a body shot inside as Mine controls his hands.

Mine escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sue moves into range and clinches up with Mine.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Mine blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Sue tries to throw a body punch but Mine avoids it by throwing Sue back against the cage.
Sue tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Mine can't find room to land a body shot as Sue controls the action.
Mine prevents a body shot from Sue.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mine tries to break free but Sue pushes him back against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tom Sue dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Sue keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sue now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Mine throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sue tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mine is in Sue's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mine gets to his feet - Sue follows without any prompting.

Sue clinches.

Mine breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mine shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sue as he avoids it easily.

Sue clinches up against the cage.
Sue misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Mine prevents a body shot from Sue.

Mine escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sue keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for She Mine. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mine looks for a takedown but Sue sprawls well.
Sue appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Mine gets tackled into the cage by Sue. Sue maintains the clinch.

Sue misses with a punch to the body.
Mine tries to work over Sue's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Sue struggles to land a body shot inside as Mine controls his hands.
Mine blocks a body shot from Sue.
Sue misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Sue misses with a body punch.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mine changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Sue fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mine is defended easily by Sue.
Sue now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Mine changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sue tries to avoid it but Mine manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sue to the ground. Sue escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Sue takes the fight into the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tom Sue showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

and Sue counters with a right hand to the body.

Mine shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sue as he jumps to the side.
Sue let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Sue has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Sue rushes Mine and presses him up against the cage.

Mine misses with a punch to the body.
Sue struggles to land a body shot inside as Mine controls his hands.
Sue stalling in the clinch.
Mine trying to land knees to the body.
Mine blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

A short body shot lands from Mine as the two fighters clinch.

Sue digs a right hand into Mine's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Mine's gas tank.

Sue lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mine backwards.
Sue displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mine up against the cage.

Mine can't find room to land a body shot as Sue controls the action.
She Mine has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Tom Sue is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Sue drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mine gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mine wants to take the fight to the mat but Sue manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

And that's the end of the fight!
Tom Sue comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Sue winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
