Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vika Partio (ranked 567 p4p, 37 weight class) and Edward Scissorhands (ranked 2461 p4p, 158 weight class). Partio comes to the ring accompanied by Boom!. Scissorhands has chosen Theme From Edward as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Partio stalks Scissorhands and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Scissorhands's face. Scissorhands staggers backwards, shaken.
Scissorhands moves out of range of the body kick from Partio.
Scissorhands connects with an inside leg kick.
Scissorhands walks forward, straight into a front kick from Partio.
Partio does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Scissorhands throws the kick towards the body but Partio avoids it.
Partio moves into the clinch.
Partio pulls guard successfully.
Partio is pulling down on Scissorhands's head. It's preventing any offense from Scissorhands, at least for the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Some bone on bone action there as Partio checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Scissorhands lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Partio has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Partio and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vika Partio will probably get the nod.

Well Partio has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
