Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sultan Malt (ranked 3760 p4p, 285 weight class) and Finko Naikkorine (ranked 23683 p4p, 412 weight class). Naikkorine has chosen Mexico - The Dead Daisies as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malt swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Naikkorine counters with a straight right hand.
Naikkorine misses with a takedown attempt
and Malt counters with a straight right hand.

Naikkorine fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Malt to the ground. Naikkorine is now in Malt's guard.
Naikkorine controls from within his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Naikkorine's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Malt is looking to stand back up but Naikkorine counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Malt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Malt is looking to get back to is feet but Naikkorine passes into side control.
Malt bucks up and tries to throw Naikkorine off but instead Naikkorine has got his back!
