The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taktarov looks to land a combination. Rodgers sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Oren Rodgers has been cut.
Taktarov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Rodgers gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Taktarov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Taktarov gets to his feet. Rodgers looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Look low, kick high! Taktarov uses the oldest trick in the book to send Rodgers tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Taktarov is absolutely delighted - when Rodgers wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
