Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Peres (ranked 4896 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Graham (ranked 3186 p4p, 329 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Marco Blurström and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graham misses with a takedown attempt - Peres sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Graham uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Peres.

Peres shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Graham manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Peres goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Graham has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Peres but great work by Graham.

Peres is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Peres won't allow Graham to pass to mount.
Peres is looking for a sweep. Graham is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Graham wants to advance to full mount but Peres doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Peres is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Peres is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Graham defends well.

Peres thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Graham is trying to control Peres's posture but Peres avoids it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Peres leaves Graham with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Peres swings for the body but Graham moves out of range.
Despite the aggression on Graham's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Graham takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Peres throws a shot to the body.
Graham tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Peres manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Graham throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Peres's head.

Jacob Graham seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Graham throws a series of punches but Peres moves out of range.

Jacob Graham is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Graham scores with a head kick. Peres tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Peres is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Graham can do to turn this around?

Graham tries a head kick but it misses.

Peres manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Graham on his heels. He'll look to pass Graham's guard now, I'm sure.

Peres drops back looking for a leg! Graham is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Graham manages to kick Peres off! Peres jumps back into Graham's guard.

Peres has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Graham is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Peres yanks on the arm and Graham is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Peres.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Tomas Peres!
