Ambe has chosen Young Thug - Harambe as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nantachai tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nantachai tries to land a leg kick but Ambe saw it coming and moves away.
Nantachai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ambe manages to avoid it.
Nantachai swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ambe throws out a counter right but Nantachai avoids it with no problem.
Ambe's coach down at Endgame Combat was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ambe's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Nantachai misses with a wild combination.

Ambe looks to land a right hand but Nantachai moved out of range.
Ambe scores with a body shot.
Ambe lands a jab.
Ambe throws a right and a left that Nantachai avoids nicely.
Nantachai slips a jab from Ambe.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nantachai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ambe.
Nantachai ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Ambe lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Ambe closes the distance and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ambe wants to get back to striking at distance but Nantachai won't allow it.

Nantachai lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Nantachai.

Ambe gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Ambe lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Nantachai lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ambe is trying to push Nantachai away but Nantachai has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Nantachai gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Ambe has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Nantachai throws a punch but it's blocked by Ambe.

Nantachai misses with a body punch.
Ambe is trying to break the clinch but Nantachai has him pressed against the cage.
Ambe lands a right hand that snaps the head of Nantachai backwards.
Nantachai creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Nantachai doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Nantachai pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Nantachai swings for the body but Ambe moves out of range.
Ambe Ambe is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nantachai swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
It seemed like Ambe was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Nantachai lands a left and a right that send Ambe crashing to the mat, dazed. Nantachai thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Ambe is rocked!
Nantachai throws a series of punches but Ambe moves out of range.

Nantachai lands an uppercut, right on the button! Ambe tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
