Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Keone Kapisi!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kapisi closes the distance but Cruz Jr moves to the side
and Cruz Jr counters with a nice right hand that sends Kapisi toppling to the canvas! Kapisi scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Cruz Jr finish him?!
It looks like Keone Kapisi has been cut.
Kapisi misses with a looping left.
Cruz Jr throws a counter high kick but Kapisi was just alert enough to avoid it.
A swing and a miss from Kapisi.
Kapisi throws an off balance right hand
and Cruz Jr counters with a crisp right hand that drops Kapisi! Cruz Jr lets Kapisi back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Kapisi is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kapisi misses with a right hand
and Cruz Jr rattles Kapisi with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Kapisi tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Cruz Jr dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Kapisi stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jorge Cruz Jr!
A very excited looking Jorge Cruz Jr made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
