Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juu Dyon (ranked 413 p4p, 57 weight class) and Atanase Teodor (ranked 1127 p4p, 151 weight class). Teodor has chosen Pots and pans banging as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dyon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Teodor lands with a right hand.
We've been hearing reports that Dyon has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Teodor sizes up Dyon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Dyon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Teodor.
Dyon changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Teodor throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dyon shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Teodor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Dyon really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Teodor lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

A decent looking cross lands there for Teodor.
Teodor misses with a body kick.
Teodor throws a front kick that sends Dyon stumbling back into the cage.
Teodor fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Teodor leaves Dyon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Teodor throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Teodor misses with a body shot.
Teodor lands a big head kick that sends Dyon to the canvas! Teodor follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
