Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Shifter (ranked 544 p4p, 77 weight class) and Hero Galanos (ranked 507 p4p, 71 weight class). Shifter comes to the cage accompanied by Lützenkirchen- Nutcracker . Galanos has chosen oh boy, he's walking out in gladiator trunks as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Galanos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Shifter has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Galanos is looking to chop away at Shifter's legs.
Galanos thows a leg kick but Shifter checks it
and Shifter counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Galanos!
Shifter goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Galanos has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Shifter but great work by Galanos.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close round but I would say that Andy Shifter will probably get the nod.
