Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tshephang Batho (ranked 3800 p4p, 407 weight class) and I Love You Man (ranked 5125 p4p, 494 weight class). I Love You Man told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batho throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A big right from You Man misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from You Man is defended easily by Batho.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
You Man moves to clinch but Batho breaks away
and Batho counters with a nice uppercut.
You Man shoots for a takedown but Batho saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Batho swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

Batho wants to land a leg kick but You Man is out of range.

You Man stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Batho swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Batho connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between You Man's hands.

You Man throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Batho's waist but Batho gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing You Man off to one side.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Batho, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
