Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between AC Slater (ranked 3399 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Robbo (ranked 7195 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Slater might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stop What Ya Doin. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robbo throws a looping overhand right but Slater ducks down to avoid it.
Robbo lands a jab.
Robbo throws a body punch but Slater moves out of range.

As Robbo looks to move away, Slater throws a big counter combo but Robbo just gets out of the way.
Robbo moves into the clinch.
Slater blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Slater is trying to trip Robbo. He has hold of a leg but Robbo is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Slater persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Slater won't allow Robbo to get back to his feet.

Slater cracks Robbo with a big right hand but Robbo just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Slater connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Robbo some visible discomfort.
Robbo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Slater. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
