The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardin moves away from the strike by Wasilkowsky.
Hardin doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
Hardin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Wasilkowsky eats them both and turns towards Hardin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Albert Wasilkowsky has been cut.
Hardin scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Sloppy strikes from Wasilkowsky. Those never looked like landing.
Hardin throws a head kick that half lands.
Hardin thuds a left hand into Wasilkowsky's body.

The fighters circling - Hardin throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hardin throws a head kick but Wasilkowsky moves out of range.
Hardin slips a straight right by Wasilkowsky.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hardin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Hardin avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hardin cracks Wasilkowsky with an open hand slap.
Wasilkowsky throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Hardin sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hardin lands a nice looking kick to the body. Wasilkowsky takes a step back to recover.
Hardin throws a leg kick which misses Wasilkowsky's front leg but catches the back leg as Wasilkowsky tries to avoid it.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Hardin! Wasilkowsky is out on his feet! Hardin rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Wasilkowsky is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Wasilkowsky is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
