Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve Lucas (ranked 3179 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ravi Shankoli (ranked 1961 p4p, 0 weight class). Shankoli comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ravi Shankar - Om Shiva kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ravi Shankoli told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shankoli as he jumps to the side.
Shankoli looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Lucas doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Shankoli counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Lucas shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Shankoli defends it nicely.
As Lucas backs off Shankoli throws a huge counter combo but Lucas manages to avoid it all.
