The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Horie works Omarsson's body with a nice hook.
Horie digs a good hook to Omarsson's body.
Omarsson looks winded!
Horie swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Oooooh!!! Horie has knocked Omarsson down with a huge combo! Horie steps away and waves a wobbly Omarsson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Horie has Omarsson up against the cage in a clinch.
Horie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Horie throws a sloppy head kick and Omarsson moves out of range easily.
Horie batters Omarsson with a massive right followed by a huge left! Omarsson is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Horie lands a final crushing right hand to drop Omarsson to the mat with a gruesome thud! Horie is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ryohei Horie!
