Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cattag Dogmock (ranked 23855 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Joseph (ranked 24008 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cattag Dogmock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jesus Joseph!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Dogmock closes the distance but Joseph moves to the side
and Joseph counters with a nice kick to the body.
Joseph throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dogmock shoots and misses
and Joseph counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Dogmock tries to clinch but Joseph moves away
and Joseph counters with a left to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Joseph closes the distance and pushes Dogmock back into the cage.
Dogmock lands a knee to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Joseph tries for a takedown but Dogmock manages to get underhooks.
Joseph prevents a body shot from Dogmock.
Dogmock has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Joseph is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Joseph doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Joseph has Dogmock pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dogmock manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Dogmock has picked Joseph up - he's going for a ride! Dogmock dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Dogmock seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Joseph pushes Dogmock off looking to stand but Dogmock dives back in and keeps control.
Dogmock takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Dogmock prevents Joseph from improving his position.
Joseph wants to get back to his feet.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Dogmock moves into the clinch successfully.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Dogmock tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Joseph's elbow.
Joseph takes a shot to the head.
Joseph tries to throw a body punch but Dogmock avoids it by throwing Joseph back against the cage.

Joseph's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
The fight stays on the outside here - Joseph looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Cattag Dogmock will probably get the nod.

Dogmock has closed the distance and engaged Joseph in a clinch.

Joseph manages to break the clinch.

Joseph fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dogmock, pushing him back against the cage.

Dogmock tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Joseph's elbow.
Dogmock keeps control of Joseph as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Dogmock has hold of one of Joseph's legs. Joseph is fighting the takedown attempt but Dogmock gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Jesus Joseph comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Joseph has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
