Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hideo Kenta (ranked 5892 p4p, 0 weight class) and Triple Rrr (ranked 2869 p4p, 0 weight class). Kenta comes to the cage accompanied by ISIS. Hideo Kenta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenta tries to close the distance and clinch but Rrr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rrr counters with a body kick.

Rrr shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rrr showed some decent athleticism there.

Rrr is working for a kimura but Kenta is defending it quite comfortably.

Rrr is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Rrr looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kenta is trying to control but can't.

Rrr seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kenta does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Rrr scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Kenta pushes Rrr off but Rrr dives into side control.
Kenta could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Kenta is trying to work for a sweep but Rrr has mounted him!

Rrr has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Kenta is in real trouble here. Rrr gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Kenta is tapping out! Rrr wins by rear naked choke!

A relieved looking Triple Rrr thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
