Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cesare Tiramanti (ranked 1026 p4p, 143 weight class) and Jay Villanueva (ranked 1566 p4p, 209 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tiramanti cracks Villanueva with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tiramanti has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Villanueva to stand back up!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Villanueva is looking to clinch but Tiramanti is avoiding it.

and Tiramanti scores with a counter punch that sends Villanueva to the canvas! Tiramanti smells blood - he's punishing Villanueva with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Villanueva has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
