PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between David Kickpuncher (ranked 23136 p4p, 554 weight class) and Aegon Targaryen (ranked 3216 p4p, 339 weight class). Kickpuncher comes to the cage accompanied by Resolution. Targaryen has chosen Game of Thrones Theme Song as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Kickpuncher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aegon Targaryen!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kickpuncher will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Targaryen checks the leg kick.
Targaryen is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Good work by Targaryen as he checks the leg kick.
Targaryen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Kickpuncher quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Kickpuncher thows a body kick. Targaryen tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Targaryen throws a head kick but Kickpuncher moves out of range.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Targaryen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kickpuncher - the referee stops the clock and Targaryen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kickpuncher. Targaryen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Kickpuncher fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Targaryen is out of range.

Kickpuncher does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kickpuncher, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
