Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shin Dong Hyuk (ranked 3792 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryson Pico (ranked 2700 p4p, 172 weight class). Pico has chosen Lowkey - G-Eazy as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Dong Hyuk there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Pico has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Dong Hyuk after a bit of a struggle.
Pico goes for a takedown attempt but Dong Hyuk pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Dong Hyuk closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Pico is working for a rear naked choke. Dong Hyuk is not defending it well and Pico has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Dong Hyuk refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Dong Hyuk's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
