Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denis Kadusic (ranked 4751 p4p, 41 weight class) and Shane Mayde (ranked 23787 p4p, 51 weight class). Shane Mayde told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shane Mayde!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayde avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kadusic misses with a head kick.
Mayde avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
As Kadusic backs off Mayde throws a huge counter combo but Kadusic manages to avoid it all.
Kadusic lands a jab to the nose.
Mayde gets a double leg takedown into Kadusic's guard.
Kadusic trying to keep a closed guard but Mayde is proving a slippery customer.
Kadusic knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mayde on the ground.
Mayde won't allow Kadusic to sweep him here.
