Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slugger Dozer (ranked 3967 p4p, 0 weight class) and Laurence Paul (ranked 3137 p4p, 0 weight class). Dozer has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dozer darts in and clinches Paul up against the cage.
Dozer is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Dozer tries to land knees in the clinch but Paul avoids the damage to the body.

Paul escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Paul avoids the head kick by Dozer.

Paul fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dozer sprawls well initially but Paul persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Dozer makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Dozer is breathing heavily.

Paul drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dozer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Dozer blocks an elbow strike.

Paul pulls guard successfully.

Dozer is posturing up here but Paul has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Dozer tries to roll out but it's too tight and Dozer has to tap! Slick submission there by Paul!
