Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sheldon Cochran (ranked 24646 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rhuhs Sonjaya (ranked 24390 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cochran is looking to score with low kicks.
Sonjaya shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Cochran defends it nicely.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Cochran is trying to pull guard but Sonjaya turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sonjaya pulls Cochran into guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sonjaya is on top in guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Sonjaya regains half guard.
Cochran will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Sonjaya is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cochran pulls his head out easily.

Sonjaya is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sonjaya in particular looking to stall.

Rhuhs Sonjaya comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Sonjaya has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
