Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Seng Goku (ranked 4066 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eon Yaj (ranked 3762 p4p, 0 weight class). Goku's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Battle without honour or humanity. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goku is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Yaj misses with a series of wild punches.
Yaj gets tackled into the cage by Goku. Goku maintains the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Goku drops down looking for an ankle pick but Yaj pulls his leg out and moves away.

Goku tries to close the distance and clinch but Yaj swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Yaj lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Yaj lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Yaj throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Goku on the side of the head.

Yaj has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Eon Yaj seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
Goku has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Yaj after a bit of a struggle.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Yaj just misses with a elbow thrown towards Goku's brow.

Goku tries to pull guard but Yaj holds him up against the cage and eventually Goku drops back down to his feet.
Goku jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Yaj walks away with a smile on his face. Goku gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Eon Yaj is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yaj dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Eon Yaj showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Eon Yaj is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Goku closes the distance and clinches up with Yaj, looking for a takedown. Goku pushes Yaj against the cage but Yaj circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Goku was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Eon Yaj is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Eon Yaj comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Yaj has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
