Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Black Alligator (ranked 856 p4p, 46 weight class) and Astro Traveller (ranked 1426 p4p, 79 weight class). Alligator comes to the cage accompanied by Golden Features - Always. Traveller has chosen For Heavy Metal we will die! as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Traveller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Alligator is looking for a counter combo.
Traveller lands a body shot.
Traveller throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A punch combination from Traveller misses.
Alligator was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Traveller misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A jab from Traveller finds it's way through Alligator's defenses.
Traveller throws a jab but it's blocked by Alligator.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Alligator misses with a double jab.

Traveller throws the kick towards the body but Alligator avoids it.
Traveller has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Traveller uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Alligator.
Traveller lands a glancing blow to the side of Alligator's head.
A chopping leg kick lands by Traveller.
Alligator looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Traveller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Alligator was well out of range. Poor timing from Traveller.
Alligator appears to be looking for a big counter.

and Alligator counters with a three punch combo that has Traveller backing up. Traveller nods at Alligator to acknowledge the strikes.

No joy there for Alligator, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Alligator takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Alligator throws a body punch but Traveller moves out of range.
Alligator uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Traveller.
Alligator takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A shot to the liver by Traveller. Beautiful body shot.
Traveller has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Alligator throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Traveller to counter with a crisp jab.
Traveller throws a wild body kick that Alligator sees coming a mile off.

Alligator swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Traveller replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Alligator blocks it well.
Traveller walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Alligator checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Alligator swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Traveller is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Traveller will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Traveller fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Traveller misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Traveller connects with a nice looking jab.
Traveller throws a sloppy head kick
and Alligator counters with a right hand to the body.
Astro Traveller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Alligator shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Traveller eats them both and turns towards Alligator to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Alligator wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A lazy left from Traveller finds it's target.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Traveller - that will leave a mark!
Alligator checks the leg kick.
Alligator throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Traveller stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Alligator misses with a hook.
Traveller flicks out a counter leg kick but Alligator steps away.
Traveller misses with a lunging right hand
and Alligator counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A looping hook to the body misses from Alligator. Traveller does a little dance to reset his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Astro Traveller dominated that round.
That's time! Alligator's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Traveller paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Traveller misses with a hook
and Alligator counters with a nice low kick that buckles Traveller's knee momentarily.
Traveller lands with a nice combination. Alligator backs away looking to recover.

Alligator is rocked!
Traveller connects with the punch.
Oh Alligator is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nice defenses there by Traveller.
Alligator takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Alligator gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Traveller gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Alligator is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Astro Traveller!
Astro Traveller decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Black Alligator stepped up to the mic, saying 'Aarrrghhhhhhhh....... You got the best of me this time, Ill mash you up next time.... I know you'll feel it in the morning.'.
