The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson throws out a leg kick but Heidegger moves out of range and Peterson only half commits.
George Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Heidegger counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops Peterson to the mat, face first! Heidegger goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. Peterson is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!
That has opened up George Peterson's cut even more.
Heidegger plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Peterson swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Peterson face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
