The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Williams. Deleon does a little dance to reset his feet.

Williams throws a hook but Deleon blocks it.
Williams misses the shot to the body.

Deleon feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Deleon drops his hands momentarily and Williams takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

A decent looking cross lands there for Williams.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deleon accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Williams manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Williams connects with a right hand. Deleon shakes it off.
Williams fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Deleon moves away.
Deleon went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Williams throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Deleon shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Williams scores with the left hand. Deleon knows he should have avoided that one.
Deleon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Deleon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
