The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haley fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Haley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Haley tries to score a power double leg takedown but Plushmaster sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Haley somewhat.
Plushmaster throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Plushmaster goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Plushmaster throws a combination that misses
and Haley counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Plushmaster badly! Haley follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Plushmaster out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Haley finished him against the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Josh Haley!
A relieved looking Josh Haley thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
