Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghazi Okah (ranked 1919 p4p, 251 weight class) and Jamie Bounty (ranked 1578 p4p, 212 weight class). Okah comes to the cage accompanied by Rock Stone. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bounty wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Okah clinches.
Bounty gets through Okah's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Bounty lands a left hand that snaps the head of Okah backwards.
Bounty lands an uppercut.
Bounty doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
A short right from Bounty.
Okah is trying to break the clinch but Bounty has him pressed against the cage.

Okah escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Okah stalks Bounty and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bounty's face. Bounty staggers backwards, shaken.
Okah wants to clinch up but Bounty keeps it at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Okah closes the distance but Bounty moves to the side

Okah dives in and grabs Bounty's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bounty pushes down on Okah's head and hops out.

Okah lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bounty circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice uppercut there from Bounty.
We've been told by Okah's head coaches at Star Studded Beef that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Bounty lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Okah lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bounty circles away quickly and effectively.
Okah fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Bounty looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Okah moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Bounty cracks Okah with an open hand slap.

Okah fails with a takedown attempt.
Okah seems to have got his legs back now.
Okah tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bounty paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Okah fails with an attempt to clinch.

Okah takes the fight into the clinch.
Bounty lands with a light punch inside.
Okah blocks an uppercut.

Okah escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Okah tries to clinch but Bounty moves out of range.
A nice side step and Bounty releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Bounty is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Okah.
Okah lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bounty is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Okah had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Bounty feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Okah sprawling to the canvas! Okah rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bounty finish him?!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ghazi Okah. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bounty fakes the body blow, causing Okah to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Okah goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
