The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King blocks a leg kick.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from King! But no joy.
Nice cross by King.
It looks like Marcos Maidana has been cut.
King shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Maidana pinned against the cage. Maidana gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Maidana wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Excellent takedown into side control there by King.
King has hold of Maidana's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Maidana seems comfortable defending it but King has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Maidana is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Maidana is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but King couldn't care less - he's delighted!
