The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Correa has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Meesang finds it's way round the side to connect with Correa's head.
Meesang has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Marcos Correa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Correa doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Correa takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Meesang counters with a crisp right hand that drops Correa! Meesang lets Correa back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
