The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johansson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Pikachu's half guard.

Pikachu slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Pikachu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Johansson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pikachu holds on and takes a little breather.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pikachu looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Johansson is defending well. Pikachu quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Johansson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Pikachu celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
