These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowen avoids a punch combination nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Korpolombolo closes the distance looking for a takedown. Bowen stuffs it but Korpolombolo still has hold of him. Korpolombolo picks Bowen up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Korpolombolo slams Bowen to the floor and that's really hurt Bowen - he doesn't know where he is! Korpolombolo throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!
