The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masiwera lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Masiwera fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Susec on the side of the head.
Masiwera scores with a jab to the head.
Susec misses with a straight right.
Susec jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Masiwera dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Susec. That did some damage!
Susec's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Masiwera connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Susec scrambles back to his feet.
Masiwera tried to score with a low kick but Susec checks it.
Susec gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Masiwera.
Masiwera slips a jab from Susec.

Susec shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Masiwera's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Susec is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Masiwera is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Susec is controlling him.

Susec cracks Masiwera with a solid left hand.
Susec stops Masiwera from standing up.
Susec stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Masiwera swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Susec controlling from the top position.
Masiwera wants to stand up but Susec is controlling him.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Masiwera gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Susec to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Masiwera wants to get back to his feet but Susec passes into half guard.
Susec prevents Masiwera from standing back up.
Susec controlling the pace.

Masiwera pushes Susec off, looking to escape but Susec dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Masiwera is forced to tap! The fight is over!
