Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Prohor Georgiev (ranked 670 p4p, 82 weight class) and Claude Dacre (ranked 1402 p4p, 163 weight class). Georgiev kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Oxxxymiron - City under the sole. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dacre throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Georgiev steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dacre.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dacre is looking to stand up but Georgiev isn't so interested in that idea.

Georgiev slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Dacre wants to get back to his feet but Georgiev is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

A slapping leg kick lands for Georgiev.
Dacre's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Dacre dives in for a single leg takedown but Georgiev sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Georgiev feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dacre has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Georgiev has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Dacre got a little sloppy there for a moment and Georgiev has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dacre has managed to get both his arms back between Georgiev's legs - danger averted.

Dacre isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Georgiev stacks Dacre on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Georgiev!

Georgiev is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Dacre is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Georgiev, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
