Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gomu Gomu (ranked 690 p4p, 20 weight class) and Nick Fury (ranked 783 p4p, 37 weight class). Gomu Gomu has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Nick Fury!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That kick from Fury tenderised Gomu's leg. Gomu is trying to keep his angry face on.
Gomu on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fury lands a jab to Gomu's midsection.
Fury throws a leg kick
and Gomu holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Gomu tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Gomu lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Fury backwards.
Gomu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Fury throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Gomu Gomu has been cut.
Gomu is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Fury.
A nice side step and Fury releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Gomu swings for the body but Fury moves out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fury ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gomu moves away.
Fury feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Gomu's calf.

Fury tries a quick counter leg kick but Gomu is wise to it.

It looked like Gomu wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

A looping hook to the body misses from Gomu. Fury does a little dance to reset his feet.

Fury moves out of range as Gomu strikes.
Gomu takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Fury connects with a crisp jab.
Gomu Gomu's cut is getting worse.
Fury throws a looping overhand right but Gomu ducks down to avoid it.
Fury catches Gomu with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fury feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gomus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Fury misses with a hook. Gomu ducked under it nicely.

Gomu lands with a right hand.
Fury misses with a lunging right hand
and Gomu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

A lazy body kick from Fury
and Gomu counters with a crisp right hand that drops Fury! Gomu lets Fury back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Gomu rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Fury counters with a good low kick that Gomu was not able to check.

Fury throws a right hand that Gomu ducks under and follows up with a left that Gomu also avoids with ease.

Fury ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Gomu moves away.
Fury scores with a sloppy right hand. Gomu should have avoided that one.
Gomu Gomu's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

enabling Gomu to counter with a crisp jab.
Fury lands a nice looking kick to the body. Gomu takes a step back to recover.

Fury chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Fury is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gomu had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Fury lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gomu at a distance.
Gomu takes a swing at Fury's ribcage but misses.
Gomu lands a jab to the head.
Gomu swings for the body but Fury moves out of range.
Fury appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nick Fury dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Gomu Gomu's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Gomu tries to clinch up but Fury circles away and keeps his distance.
Fury throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Gomu just misses with a punch to the body.
Fury avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gomu moves out of range of the body kick from Fury.
Fury connects with a crisp jab.
Gomu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Fury.
Gomu feinted there with a counter leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fury ducks under a wild hook from Gomu.
A little jabbing left from Fury on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gomu takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Gomu moves out of range of the strikes.
Nick Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fury takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fury. Gomu shrugs it off though.
Gomu takes one to the chin there.
Gomu throws a jab but it's blocked by Fury.
Fury has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Gomu misses with a right hand
and Fury counters with a good, hard body kick but Gomu shrugs it off.
Gomu walks into a jab.
Fury misses with an uppercut
and Gomu counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Gomu takes a jab right on the kisser.

Gomu swings away with a body shot that misses
and Fury counters with a left to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Fury circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Gomu drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Fury follows Gomu to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Nick Fury thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
