Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kron Gracie (ranked 1133 p4p, 135 weight class) and Wee Lee Osman (ranked 3740 p4p, 395 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by ROYCE GRACIE. Wee Lee Osman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wee Lee Osman!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osman closes the distance and clinches up with Gracie, looking for a takedown. Osman pushes Gracie against the cage but Gracie circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Gracie shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Osman napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Gracie tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Osman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Gracie is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Osman has escaped the position, nice work there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Osman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Gracie tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gracie has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Osman manages to get to full guard.

Osman is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gracie defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Osman swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Osman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gracie passes Osman's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Gracie wants to work for an arm triangle but Osman is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Osman wants to improve his position but Gracie is controlling well.

Gracie is looking for a kimura but Osman is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gracie to get the leverage.

Gracie is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Osman defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Osman is looking to improve his position but Gracie isn't that keen on the idea.
Gracie wants to take Osman's back here but Osman is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
